After the purchase of your new home, you might not know exactly where to put all of your existing furniture and you most likely need to edit and add to your furnishings to get the desired look for your style and lifestyle. The fee for new home dressing is $250.00 for the first 3 hours, and $75.00 for each additional hour. You will be amazed at how quickly the process goes.

Occupied re-design / Occupied Dressing

We come into your home and meet with you to discuss and analyze your current furnishings, lifestyle and desired changes. It's amazing the results we can achieve by moving your existing furniture around and adding a few accessories. We can work with a few rooms or the whole house. The fee for Occupied Dressing is $250 for the first three hours and $75 for each additional hour.

STAGING TO SELL:

Vacant home:

Vacant homes that are listed for sale tend to look cold, uninviting and actually smaller without furnishings in them. We have an extensive inventory of quality furniture and accessories to coordinate with the styling of your home. We give your home a warm and welcoming feeling which results in a quick sale for you! We can stage the entire house or portions of the house. This service is done on a bid basis. Depending on whether you want the house fully staged, lightly staged, or only in a couple of rooms will determine the cost for this service. The bid includes staging, de-staging and one month free furniture and accessory rental. There is a monthly rental fee associated with the staging of a vacant house. We can customize the work to fit your budget.

Occupied home:

While putting an occupied home up for sale, it is important that the house looks inviting, spotless, and spacious. We go through your home with you and help you edit furnishings, move furniture around and add accessories. If you have us do all the work, this service is done on a bid basis. If you would like to do some or all of the work yourselves, we can prepare a consultation for you. The cost of a consultation for a 3,000 square foot house is $450. This includes a detailed report room by room, listing every detail that needs to be addressed. If after you get the consultation, and you would like us to stage a room or two, we can provide you with a bid for this service.
